FounderConsole provides AI-powered startup scenario planning, cap table modeling, and financial forecasting tools. The service is provided “as is” during the beta period.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. All FounderConsole code, design, and branding are our intellectual property.

6. Beta Disclaimer

During the beta period, features may change, data formats may evolve, and service availability is not guaranteed. We will provide reasonable notice before any breaking changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

FounderConsole is a planning tool and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on scenarios or projections generated by the platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you can export all your data within 30 days.
